In an initiative of significant social and environmental importance, Politis Group announces its latest Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) action, aiming to protect stray animals from the extreme summer heat.
Amidst the ongoing heatwave affecting Attica, our company is installing special water stations at over 20 locations across the region, utilizing its Bus Shelters network for a good cause. These stations will provide clean, fresh water to stray animals, helping to ease their discomfort during the high-temperature days.
This initiative is part of the company’s broader sustainability and social contribution efforts, highlighting the importance of harmonious coexistence between people and animals in the urban environment.
The Group’s President, Mr. Haris Politis, stated: “Public space doesn’t belong only to us. Stray animals are part of our city, and we must show the care and sensitivity that these times demand.”
